La Bianca: a family story
Bianca is the name of our grandmother, a classy woman who loved simple and genuine pleasures. She has always had a strong bond with our land and its fruits. With her cooking, Bianca told the story of this love in a sublime, special way: everyone who tasted her delights was enchanted.
By choosing her name we want to pay homage to the teachings and values that she has passed on to us over the years. We try to honor our choice in every single dish we prepare, combining her knowledge with our passione.
