La Bianca is a Monteriggioni restaurant, located in the 4-star resort Borgo San Luigi: the resort is immersed in the greenery of Chianti between Siena and Florence, located at the foot of the famous walls of Monteriggioni, not far from Poggibonsi. Here you will discover timeless emotions: a location that preserves unchanged the original structure of a 17th century Tuscan village and a restaurant that interprets the local cuisine tracing a common thread between past and present.

Interiors and déhors
La Bianca follows seasonal rhythms as in the kitchen as in the hospitality. The interior spaces, extremely enjoyable in winter, include a large dining room and a cozy bar room (open from 2 PM to 12 AM) with a large fireplace which dominates the scene. The protagonist of the outdoor spaces is the suggestive terrace by the pool and the wisteria pergola that in the evening magically light up.
A family story
In our restaurant many stories are intertwined: those of the ancient life of the village Borgo San Luigi, and the most recent ones of our family. Bianca is the name of our grandmother, a elegant and fine woman who has transmitted to us her love for the territory and the art of cooking with simple, fresh and genuine products. Today we want to pay homage to her by putting a pinch of her knowledge and all our passion into each of our dishes.

La Bianca - Borgo San Luigi Restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, with meat, fish and vegetarian proposals always available. Tradition and freshness in the Lunch Menu, contemporaneity and originality in the Evening Menu. You can also enjoy La Bianca during special events and themed evenings that we organize periodically. In addition, the restaurant can accommodate events gala, weddings and corporate events.
